Shipping policy

All cake jars are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We only ship nationwide, United States of America only. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your order is shipped. After the package is dropped off at USPS, Unforgettables has no control or ownership of the package process. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, you will have to file a claim with USPS. Unforgettables will not replace nor send a refund for cake jars that have been mishandled by the postal service or expired due to delayed opening or retrievial by the customer.
